How do I get my commission?

All rates offered are nett and non-commissionable, therefore when providing final pricing to your client you will need to mark-up these nett rates with your commission.

Why do Voyages need my client's contact details?

The COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted how essential it is to obtain guest contact details to ensure we are able to effectively communicate the latest health & safety information to our guests during their stay and provide operational updates including the latest Voyages tour information and timings, providing a more seamless guest experience.

We have found that if we are unable to communicate with the guest directly there is a risk that information will not reach them in time, providing a less than optimal experience for the guests.

Will I be able to modify the booking within cancellation period?

Do I need to provide a credit card to guarantee my booking?

By accepting our terms and conditions at time of booking, your reservation is guaranteed. However, our standard payment are 30 days prior to arrival unless otherwise specified within the terms and conditions of the rate booked. Failure to meet the payment terms will result in a cancellation of your reservation.
