We hope business and demand for travel continues to be strong. The group business is starting to return, and we thank you for including Ayers Rock Resort in their itinerary.
To assist our Trade Partners, our Groups Reservations Team, and the Resort Team, please below notification and reminder to ensure a seamless arrival and stay for your groups at Ayers Rock Resort.
Group Arrivals and Departures
- We ask that you brief your team on all necessary Voyages Terms & Conditions.
- Please provide all Voyages tour, meal & timings on the initial booking request. If this information is not available, please provide at time of rooming list which is required 30 days prior to arrival. (Please note: if no rooming list is provided after the 30 days, this may result in cancellation of the booking).
- The final rooming list must always include:
- Reconfirmation of all meals & Voyages tour requirements (and pre-selected meals 7 days prior to arrival)
- Final pax numbers
- Dietary requirements
- The contact number for the Tour Leader (if no contact number is provided, please provide a mobile number for the office staff responsible for the group)
It is essential your Tour Leader confirms details with the Hotel Groups Coordinator at resort or Duty Manager 48 hours prior to arrival and reconfirm at check-in.
- Check-In: From 3pm // Check Out: By 10am
- Porterage is compulsory for all groups and is available from 7am - 6pm. Please note: Bag collection on day of check out must be pre-booked at least 24 hours prior and within these times. (Can also be booked at time of rooming list if known).
Group Experiences
Voyages makes every effort to operate the experiences your group has booked. However, there may be occasions when pre-booked activities, especially outdoor dining, need to be cancelled at short notice due to inclement weather, accessibility, or other events outside Voyages' control. Should this impact your group, we will notify the Tour Leader immediately. If rebooking the experience on another day during the stay is not possible, we will work with your Tour Leader to assist with booking other dining options. Please note; no charges will be applied to any experience Voyages needs to cancel.
