Field of Light General Admission

Field of Light illuminates the desert, with gentle rhythms of colour stretching as far as the eye can see.

The critically acclaimed Field of Light Uluru by internationally celebrated artist Bruce Munro is now in its 10th year, marking a decade of lighting the desert landscape with more than 50,000 glowing spheres.

The exhibition is one of Munro's largest installations, covering more than seven football fields, inviting you to wander through a fantasy garden of 50,000 spindles of light glowing in ochre, deep violet, blue, and gentle white.

Things to know

• Tour departs 30 minutes after sunset
• Tour duration: approx. 1.5 hours
• The exhibition is located in a remote area away from the Resort and is not accessible unless booked onto one of the tours.
• If you're travelling with children under 2 years of age bookings must be made through the Voyages Travel Centre, call 1300 134 044 or email [email protected].
• Due to rough or uneven terrain that could make for unsafe conditions, prams are unfortunately not permitted at the site.
• Accessing the site requires an uphill and downhill walk (approximately 50 metres).
