If you are a contracted Trade Partner of Voyages, here are some resources on how to use the Tjuta boooking platform so that you can make accomodation and tour bookings.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Are airport transfers included? How will my guests get from the airport to Ayers Rock Resort?
Airport Transfers are complimentary for Ayers Rock Resort hotel guests and meet all commercial flights arriving and departing from Ayers Rock (Connellan) Airport. No bookings are taken for this service.
Please instruct your guests on arrival at Ayers Rock Resort to collect their luggage and head outside the terminal to the waiting AAT Kings coaches and board the coach that is going to their booked hotel.
Please advise your guests return transfers to Ayers Rock (Connellan) Airport depart from outside their hotel approximately two hours prior to their scheduled flight departure times. Guests should check with hotel reception when they are at Ayers Rock Resort for exact departure times.
Please note that not all coaches are wheelchair accessible. To ensure we can accommodate your guests' needs, if you require an accessible coach, please inform our reservations team so we can arrange the appropriate transfer.
Ayers Rock Resort is Cashless
Ayers Rock Resort is cashless. All hotels, dining locations, and most outlets in Town Square are only accepting card payments. The IGA Supermarket and Shell Service Station are still accepting cash but these are the only exception. Please note, a 0.9% surcharge will apply to all credit card payments. No payment surcharge will apply to debit card payments.
Can I add or reduce room nights in existing accommodation bookings?

Can I book AAT Kings tours and SEIT with you?
We can only book Voyages touring for our trade partners, such as Field of Light, Tali Wiru, Sounds of Silence, Astro Tour and Desert Awakenings. Please contact the touring company directly for third party touring.
Can I call and cancel my booking directly?
If your booking was made using Tjuta you will need to cancel your booking in Tjuta. Our reservations team will unfortunately not be able to cancel the booking for you.
Can I change the number of pax for accommodation only bookings?

Can I make a group booking online?
Unfortunately we do not yet have that functionality. Please contact our Groups Reservations team via email with your booking enquiry: [email protected]
Can I pay by credit card? What is the surcharge?
Yes, the surcharge is 0.9%.
Can I pay by EFT?
We have multiple payment options available, such as credit card or direct deposit. You can select your preferred option at the end of the booking process. Payment is required 30 days prior to arrival.
Can I take over consumer booking?
No, unfortunately we cannot change existing consumer bookings to a commissionable booking.
Can my guests join the Sounds of Silence dinner if they are not staying at the resort?
Due to the return time of the tour, late in the evening, only clients staying at Ayers Rock Resort (Hotels, Lodge & Campground) can participate.
Can they do Sounds of Silence and Field of Light on the same night?
Not if booked as separate tours, however we do offer A Night at Field of Light, which combines both experience into one evening.
Can we allocate a pax name against the meal add on? E.g. Gluten Free Box
No. Dietary is generalised on the confirmation and will note how many people have the meal add on.

Do children get automatically added when booking tours?
No. You need to add children as additional guests when booking a tour. This is because our tours have different age specifications, and do not allow all age groups to join.
Do I need to provide a credit card to guarantee my booking?
By accepting our terms and conditions at time of booking, your reservation is guaranteed. However, our standard payment are 30 days prior to arrival unless otherwise specified within the terms and conditions of the rate booked. Failure to meet the payment terms will result in a cancellation of your reservation.
Do I need to provide you their flight information to book for airport transfers?
No, The service does not need to be booked in advance as it meets all scheduled flights.
Do I need to specify my client's children's ages when making a booking?
No. If the child is from 0-15 years, they are classified as a child. If the child is 16+ years, they are classified as an adult.
Do my clients need to show a voucher when they check in?
No, a hard copy is not required, however it is always good for your clients to have a copy of their Uluru itinerary handy.
Do my guests need to reconfirm their booking (accommodation & tours) prior to arrival?
No reconfirmation of accomodation is required. However, we do request your clients to reconfirm the departure times of their tour with the Travel Information Centre in Town Square.
Do the rooms at Lost Camel Hotel have windows?
There are windows that produce natural light, however, they are located in the bathrooms of the Hotel windows.
Do you have mobility accessible rooms?
Yes we do in several of our Hotels, such as Sails in the Desert and Desert Gardens Hotel. To book a mobility accessible room please contact the Voyages Travel Centre using the Contact Us Form
Does Ayers Rock Resort have a Supermarket?
Yes, Ayers Rock Resort features an IGA Supermarket, located in the Resort Town Square. Providing a one-stop shop for all your essential needs, here you'll find a selection of fresh produce and everyday groceries.
Open daily from 9:00am - 7:00pm.
Does Sails in the Desert have a Rock View room?
No, The only resort rooms with views of Uluru are available at Desert Gardens Hotel. Please ensure to book a Deluxe Rock View Room.
Does the Emu Walk Apartments offer interconnecting rooms?
Interconnecting rooms are on a request basis and can only be offered for the One Bedroom Apartments. Please contact the Voyages Travel Centre using the Contact Us Form to make an interconnecting room booking.
Does your tour pick up from the coach campground?
No, unfortunately we do not offer pick up from the Coach Campground, however we can pick up from all other properties including the Campground, which is a short walk from the Coach Campground. For your safety, after the tour the Ayers Rock Resort shuttle can take you back to the coach campground.
How can I get contracted rates?

How do I get my commission?
All rates offered are nett and non-commissionable, therefore when providing final pricing to your client you will need to mark-up these nett rates with your commission.
How do I make an online booking?
Bookings can be made via our online booking system, please log in here. If you don’t already have an account you can set one up here. All rates shown on the online booking system are nett/non-commissionable.
How far in advance can I book rooms and tours through the booking platform Tjuta?
You can book tours and rooms up to one year in advance through Tjuta. The static wholesale rates are released each August for the next contract season (e.g. rates and inventory for travel from April 2024 to March 2025 will be released in August 2023). Meanwhile, the dynamic rates (for 1, 2 or 3 nights) are available on a rolling basis for the next 12 months.
How far is Alice Springs to Ayers Rock?
Alice Springs is approximately 450 km away from the resort (a 4.5 hour drive via Lasseter Highway).
How far is Ayers Rock airport to the hotel?
Ayers Rock Resort (and its hotels and campgrounds) is a 10-15 minute drive from the Ayers Rock Airport (AYQ).
How far is Uluru to the hotel?
Uluru is aproximately a 20 minute drive from the resort.
How many bathrooms does the Two Bedroom Apartment have?
Each apartment has one bathroom.
I am a retail travel agent, how do I obtain commissionable rates and make a booking?
We offer 10% commission on our advertised retail rates (subject to availability at time of booking). Bookings can be made via our online booking system. Please log in here if you don't already have an account you can set one up here. All rates shown on the online booking system are nett/non-commissionable.
I booked through wholesaler, would I be able to amend or cancel my booking as I can't get through to them?
Unfortunately we are unable to assist as your reservation is with the wholesaler and all amendments or cancellations need to be made through them.
I want to add a tour to an existing accommodation booking
Option 1: Create a new "tour only" booking
Option 2: Add the tour in the itinerary section to your existing accommodation booking.
I want to add additional travellers to a confirmed tour
You cannot add guests to an existing booking. Please make a new tour only booking for the extra guest/s and add a note of who they are travelling with.
I want to add or remove meals for an existing booking
Please contact the Voyages Travel Centre using the Contact Us Form
I want to change the tour date
Please cancel the tour and make a new tour only booking for the new date.
I want to change the travel dates
You will need to cancel the existing booking via Tjuta and create a new booking for your new dates.
I want to remove a tour as part of an existing booking
Please go to "Manage Booking" and select the tour you would like to cancel. There is a cancel option in the itinerary section. Please refer to the "How to cancel a tour only booking" Manual.

The Voyages Travel Centre is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and is closed on National Public Holidays.
If I pay by EFT and cancelled outside 7days, will I get a refund?
This depends on the rate you have booked. Please refer to the rates terms & conditions here. If you cancel outside of fees a refund will automatically be processed once the booking is cancelled.
Parking and Luggage Assistance
We want to ensure your guests' arrival is as smooth as possible. Guests are welcome to drop off their bags at their accommodation before parking their car, making check-in more convenient.
For added convenience, we offer a porter service at Sails in the Desert, Desert Gardens Hotel, Emu Walk Apartments, The Lost Camel Hotel, and the Outback Hotel & Lodge, and our porters are happy to assist by delivering guests' luggage to their room while they park their car.

What is the difference between Sounds of Silence dinner and A Night at Field of Light?
A Night at Field of Light is located at the Field of Light site. This experiences includes the Sounds of Silence sunset viewing, dinner and star talk, with the addition of the Field of Light walk at the end of the night.
What is the pick up time for my client's tour?
The pick up time will be advised on the confirmation you receive from us, however, we ask that your client reconfirms the pick up time at reception on the day of the tour (or evening prior for sunset touring).

What is your covid related credit policy?
Standard or rate specific terms & conditions apply for any bookings made at Ayers Rock Resort or Mossman Gorge Centre.
What medical services are available?
The Yulara Medical Centre is located close to Ayers Rock Resort.

The Medical Centre is operated by the Central Australian Aboriginal Congress (CAAC). For more information on what the clinic offers, please visit their website.
Each visit is different, so fees may vary. If you have a Medicare card, you will be able to file a claim for coverage. For international guests with travel insurance, you'll be able to invoice your insurance company once you arrive back home.
For any medical supplies required, there is a pharmacy section in the IGA supermarket.

Why can't I book the rollaway beds online?
Rollaway beds will need to be requested with the Voyages Travel Centre using the Contact Us Form
Why do Voyages need my client's contact details?
The COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted how essential it is to obtain guest contact details to ensure we are able to effectively communicate the latest health & safety information to our guests during their stay and provide operational updates including the latest Voyages tour information and timings, providing a more seamless guest experience.
We have found that if we are unable to communicate with the guest directly there is a risk that information will not reach them in time, providing a less than optimal experience for the guests.
Why do Voyages need my client’s contact details?
The COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted how essential it is to obtain guest contact details to ensure we are able to effectively communicate the latest health & safety information to our guests during their stay and provide operational updates including the latest Voyages tour information and timings, providing a more seamless guest experience.
We have found that if we are unable to communicate with the guest directly there is a risk that information will not reach them in time, providing a less than optimal experience for the guests.

Will I receive a separate confirmation for accommodation & touring?
You will receive separate confirmation numbers for accommodation and touring. It is good to keep a reference of both confirmation numbers.
Would you be able to provide vouchers for my clients?
No, we do not issue vouchers.
